  • The product should not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your product.
  3. Ship the Item: Please ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund Processing: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that are worn, used, or damaged beyond their original condition are not eligible for a refund. Final sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same return process applies. If the new item costs more, you may be required to pay the difference.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by either providing a full refund or sending you a replacement at no extra cost. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order details.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
